Some dipshit in Florida thought it would be a good idea to go kite surfing during a hurricane. Here’s the story followed by a video.

FORT LAUDERDALE,Florida,August 18/08′Emergency officials have been warning South Floridians to seek shelter during Tropical Storm Fay but a man in Fort Lauderdale seeking some thrills on the rough surf didn’t heed that warning and ended up in the hospital after being hurt in an astonishing kite boarding accident that was caught on camera.

A news crew was on Fort Lauderdale beach at A1A and eas More..t Las Olas Boulevard when a huge gust of wind from Fay blew down the beach and took the kite boarder by surprise. The kite boarder was harnessed into his sail when the wind violently picked him up and slammed him onto the sandy beach. Then, he was dragged across the sand before being lifted up into the air again and blown across the street where the wind slammed him into a building.

Witnesses ran to help the unidentified kite surfer who lay crumpled on the ground in pain.

The average gas price in San Francisco has dropped from $4.40 a week ago to $4.34 this week. I know Barack Obama isn’t our President yet, but his influence is making shit happen. I feel it. I’m not really into politics and I don’t have a car, but I know that when gas was cheaper a few months back my boss bitched alot less when I would use the company van to go to KFC.

I totally feel the same way. I hate it when my roommates borrow all my lube and then just hand the bottle back to me. C’mon man, I know what you used that for. Just keep it and buy me a new one, and don’t be cheap either. I want that warming lotion.

All of these are for those of us with full fledged swagger, no half steppin’ if you’re going to wear any of these.

I love the way the guitar wails hard when JCVD pulls the snake away. The slow motion is also very Jon Woo-ish. I can definitely identify with Van Damme in this scene. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been out on some backwoods trail with a chick and as soon as I save her ass from a rattle snake she wants to make shit all official.
